Day 01

COCHIN – LONDON

 

Fortune Tours Grand Europe Tour begins. Assemble at Kochi International Airport at 06.30 hrs. Check in starts at 06.50 hrs. After emigration and customs formalities Oman Airways Flight WY 226G depart to Muscat at 09.50 hrs and arrive Muscat International Airport at 12.00 hrs. Later connect Oman Airways WY 101G at 13.55 hrs and arrive Heathrow International Airport, London at 19.05 hrs. London the capital city of England, the most populous city in the United Kingdom, with a metropolitan area of over 13 million inhabitants.  Upon arrival you will meet your airport assistant and transfer to hotel. Day 02

LONDON CITY TOUR

 

After buffet breakfast at hotel we will take you for the half day London city tour with an expert English-speaking guide who will explain all the highlights of London's landmarks like Big Ben, St.Pauls Cathedral, Houses of Parliament, Oxford Street, Piccadilly Circus, West Minister Abbey, Tower Bridge, Downing Street, London Bridge, National Gallery, Harrods, Baker street, ….…etc. Later walking through St James’s Park and you will reach in Buckingham Palace. Here you will see the changing of the guards, a colorful spectacle and British pageantry since 1660. Changing of the guards takes place outside Buckingham Palace and lasts around 45 minutes. The New Guards arrives from Wellington Barracks and takes over the responsibilities of the Old Guard in a formal ceremony accompanied by music. The guard that looks after Buckingham Palace is called The Queen's Guard and is made up of soldiers on active duty from the Household Division’s Foot Guards. The guards are dressed in traditional red tunics and bearskin hats. This is very popular and colourful function in London

Thames River Cruise

After lunch transfer to Thames River Cruise. The River Thames is generally not more than 300m wide as it runs through central London, and is crossed by many bridges and tunnels. Kohinoor Diamond

Later we visit the Tower of London. The Tower of London, officially Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth's Royal Palace and Fortress, is a historic castle located on the north bank of the River Thames in central London. It is one of the world’s most famous fortresses and has seen service as royal palace, prison and armory. Here you will see the Koh-i- Noor Diamond. The legendary Koh-i-Noor meaning ‘Mountain of Light’ in Persian is a large and colourless diamond that was found near Guntur in Andhra Pradesh, India, possibly in the 13th century. It weighed 793 carats (158.6 g) uncut and was first owned by the Kakatiya dynasty. The stone changed hands several times between various feuding factions in South Asia over the next few hundred years, before ending up in the possession of Queen Victoria after the British conquest of the Punjab in 1849. The most famous diamond in the Crown Jewels is set today in the Crown of Queen Elizabeth the Queen Mother (1937) (Subject to the availability)

Tower Bridge Visit

Later you will get chance for a walking tour to Tower Bridge. Tower Bridge, one of London’s most famous landmarks, was opened in 1894 by The Prince of Wales, later King Edward VII designed by Sir Horace Jones is the major tourist attraction and offering unique views of London from the bridge. Tower Bridge is a two sided suspension bridge combined with a spectacular Draw bridge (bascule). The two 65m steel framed towers, decorated in Cornish granite and Portland stone, are built on huge concrete piers sunk into River Thames.

 London Eye in night

 Evening we visit the London eye in light. The London Eye is a giant wheel on the south bank of the river Thames in London, England. The entire structure is 443 ft. tall and the wheel has a diameter of 394 ft. We will get a bird eye view of London city and it takes you on a 30 minute flight, rising to 450 feet above the river Thames and a panorama of some of London's most famous streets, churches, Palaces and monuments are spread out before you. Later enjoy a delicious dinner and overnight stay in Hotel Park Inn Heathrow or similar in London.

 

  Day 03

  LONDON CITY TOUR

 

 Inside visit of Windsor Castle, the official residence of Majesty the Queen Elizabeth.

 After a buffet breakfast transfer to Windsor Castle, the official residence of the Majesty Queen Elizabeth.   Windsor Castle is the oldest and largest occupied castle in the world and the size of the Castle (5 hectares/13 acres) is breath taking, in fact it is the largest and oldest occupied Castle in the world and it’s the official residence of the Majesty Queen Elizabeth. Entrance to Windsor castle. Here we visit State Apartments furnished with some of the finest works of art from the Royal Collection. You can also see the valuables of Tipu Sultan, Napoleon Bonaparte…..etc.in Royal Museum. St. George's Chapel, the burial place of 10 monarchs including Henry VIII and Charles I, and one of the finest examples of Gothic architecture in England. Queen Mary's Dolls’ House, the largest, most beautiful and most famous dolls’ house in the world, created in the 1920s and Semi-State Rooms, Richly decorated, they are used by The Queen for hosting her guests. Enjoy your time in Madame Tussaud's Wax Museum

Later after lunch you will visit the famous Madame Tussaud's Wax Museum. It is the first wax museum in the world founded by wax sculptor Marie Tussaud. Madame Tussaud’s is a major tourist attraction in London, displaying waxworks of famous people. This Museum houses a unique collection of world's largest wax works of famous personalities and India's top leaders like Mahatma Gandhi, Narendra Modi, Indira Gandhi, Donald Trump, Winston Churchill and film stars like Amitabh Bachan, Aiswarya Rai, Sharukh Khan, Marilyn Monroe, Charlie Chaplin, Steven Spielberg, Silvester stallion…etc  and sports men like Sachin Tendulkar, Pele……and many more. Day 04

AMSTERDAM - BRUSSELS - PARIS

 

Visit Keukenhof Tulip Gardens in Amsterdam

On Thursday March 21 Keukenhof Gardens will open the doors for the 2019 spring season, The flower garden will be open for 60 days in 2019 and will close the doors at 8:00 PM on May 19 2019, after the date you will get a chance to visit Madurodam, Travel to Holland in mid April to see the tulips at their best. Tulip season runs from the end of March until mid May, but the flowers are usually at their best halfway through April. More than 7 million flower bulbs bloom in spring at the Keukenhof in Lisse. Visit Madurodam, the major tourist attraction in Holland near Amsterdam. Madurodam is Holland’s fun-filled miniature park and Holland’s most popular travel destinations in the Scheveningen district of The Hague in the Netherlands. It is home to a range of 1:25 scale model replicas of famous Dutch landmarks including the perfectly ornamented bridges, canals, windmills, and major landmarks from all around Holland. The park was opened in 1952 and has been visited by tens of millions of visitors since 2012. Feel like a mighty giant as you stroll past small-scale replicas of famous Dutch landmarks like the Port of Rotterdam and the Rijksmuseum. Admire traditional Dutch houses; delight in the vibrant color of tulip fields; and see signature Dutch windmills in verdant fields.

Atomium, Brussels

 

Later you will transfer to Brussels in Belgium. Brussels is considered as the capital of the European Union having a long history of hosting the institutions of the European Union within its European Quarter. After lunch you see the Atomium, the landmark of Brussels. The Atomium is a building in Brussels originally constructed for Expo 58, the 1958 Brussels World's Fair. Designed by the engineer André Waterkeyn and architects André and Jean Polak, it stands 102 m (335 ft) tall. It’s nine 18 m (59 ft) diameter stainless steel clad spheres are connected so that the whole forms the shape of a unit cell of an iron crystal magnified 165 billion times. Evening you will transfer to Paris in France. Dinner and overnight stay in Hotel Oceania CDG or similar in Paris.

 

Day 05

PARIS CITY TOUR

 

The Louvre Museum and Mona Lisa Painting

 Welcome to Paris. Paris is the capital and most-populous city of France and the city of fashion, theatre and arts and it is the most beautiful city in the World. After buffet breakfast you proceed to visit the world famous The Louvre Museum. Topping the list of the world’s most visited museums, the Louvre Museum is located in the Louvre Palace with its signature glass pyramid marking its entrance. Housing a collection of more than 1 million objects, the Louvre boasts some of the world’s most famous art works such as Leonardo da Vinci’s “Mona Lisa,” Michelangelo’s “Dying Slave” and the Greek statue, “Venus of Milo.” Other popular exhibits include the extravagant apartments of Napoleon III, the ancient Code of Hammurabi, Egyptian antiquities and paintings by masters like Rembrandt and Rubens. It is located on the right bank of Seine river nearly 35,000 objects from prehistory to the 21st century are exhibited over an area of 60,600 square meters (652,300 square feet). The Louvre is the second most visited museum in the world after the Palace Museum in China.

Paris City Tour

After hot delicious local lunch proceed by Le Shuttle to the glamorous city of Paris with an English - speaking local guide, who will show you many of the best  - loved Parisian sights - Alexander Bridge, , Notre Dame Cathedral, the Arc de Triomphe, Concorde Square, Opera House, Invalids, Champs Elysees and Tuileries Gardens and other attractions in Paris. The Arc de Triomphe was constructed in 1806 to memorialize the triumphal battles of Napoleon Bonaparte. Standing in 164 feet high and 148 feet (50 by 45 meters) wide, the arch features intricate reliefs depicting victorious battles and engraved names of many who died fighting for the emperor. Beneath the arch is the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier from the First World War. Notre Dame Cathedral is standing more than 400 feet (120 meters) height with two lofty towers and a spire, this marvelous church is considered a supreme example of French Gothic architecture.

Visit Eiffel Tower Top Level

Later you will get a chance to visit the world famous Eiffel Tower 3 rdlevel (subject to availability), from where you will have a splendid view of Paris, beautiful city in the world. Visiting Eiffel Tower of Paris usually ranks as the number one thing to do for most tourists. Towering more than 1,000 feet (300 meters) high in the Champ de Mars park, this iron structure was constructed for the 1889 World Expo by Gustave Eiffel. One of the world’s most photographed tourist attractions, the Eiffel Tower presents an excellent photography opportunity for both day and night times. Visitors can ride the elevator to see incredible views of the city.  

Seine River Cruise

Evening enjoy your time in a romantic cruise on the Seine river. You will get a chance to view the beautiful city from river Seine. The Seine is a 777-kilometre long river and an important commercial waterway within the Paris Basin in the north of France and is crossed by many bridges and tunnels. Later enjoy hot delicious Indian dinner and transfer to hotel. Overnight stay Hotel Oceania CDG or similar in Paris.

 

Day 06

DISNEY LAND TOUR

 After breakfast you transfer to Disneyland France. Disneyland Park, originally Euro Disneyland Park, is a theme park found at Disneyland Paris in Marne-la-Vallée, France. Paris with Disneyland is a well-planned tour that lets you explore Paris to the fullest. Close up with your favorite Disney Characters  along with enjoying various fun and entertaining rides. While on the tour of Disneyland Paris, spend some time behind the scenes of your favorite Disney films at the Walt Disney Studio Park.The park opened on 12 April 1992 as the first of the two parks built at the resort. Designed and built by Walt Disney Imagineering, its layout and attractions are similar to Disneyland Park in AnaheimCalifornia and Magic Kingdom at Walt Disney World in Bay LakeFlorida. Day 07

PARIS – TITISEE - ENGELBERG

  

 

After breakfast you will transfer to Titisee in Germany. Titisee is the heart of the black forest, surrounded by dark fir forests, fairy tale woods and flowering meadows in Germany and is the home town of world famous cuckoo Clocks. Get invited to Cuckoo clock workshop and you will get a chance to buy one for your home. After lunch you will transfer to Switzerland, the dream destination of every traveler. On arrival in Switzerland you will transfer to Schaffhausen to visit the Rhine Falls, the largest waterfalls in Europe. This falls located in river Rhine near the town of Schaffhausen in northern Switzerland. Free time to enjoy the beauty of Rhine Falls. Later transfer to Engelberg. Later enjoy an Indian dinner and overnight stay in Hotel Terrace or similar in Engelberg, Switzerland.

 

Day 08  

SWITZERLAND TOUR

 

Visit Mt.Titlis and lunch on top of mountain

After breakfast you will transfer to Mount Titlis, the most tourist attraction in Switzerland. Mount Titlis is in central Switzerland’s loftiest peak attracting ski lovers from across the world. On a hair raising and unforgettable ride in cable car to the top of Swiss Alps in at 3020 m /10000 ft. You will switch three different cable cars, and be amazed as the scenery changes from green meadows and scenic lakes to snow clad mountains. The last leg of the ride is one of the famous Rotair, which is the world’s first revolving cable car, on which you will get an incredibly panoramic view of the surrounding glaciers, mountains and scenery. A visual treat for people across the world. Breathe in the fresh air and enjoy the stunning views offered by this snow clad mountain at 10,000 feet. Enjoy your lunch on top of the mountain.

Lucerne orientation Tour

Later you will transfer to Luzern, the beautiful city in Switzerland. Luzern, a compact city in central Switzerland, sits amid snowcapped mountains on the north end of Lake Lucerne. With its colorful old town and the iconic Kapellbrücke and spired turreted buildings, it's the storybook image of a Swiss town. Orientation tour of Luzern visit Luzern city, Luzern Lake, Keppel Bridge, Lion monument….etc. Here you will get an opportunity to buy Swiss chocolates & souvenirs…..etc.  Later transfer to hotel. Day 09 

ENGELBERG – ITALY

 

Gotthard Road Tunnel, fourth longest road tunnel in the world.

After breakfast you will transfer to Italy by crossing the Gotthard Road Tunnel in Switzerland.  Gotthard Tunnel is 16.9 kilometres (10.5 mi) in length below the St Gotthard Pass, a major pass of the Alps. At the time of the construction, in 1980, it was the longest road tunnel in the world; it is currently the fourth-longest. The Gotthard Road Tunnel is one of the three tunnels that connect the Swiss Plateau to southern Switzerland.

St. Antony’s Basilica, Padua

After lunch we transfer to Padua in Italy. Here we visit Padua Square, the largest square in the world and St. Antony’s Basilica. St. Antony’s Basilica is famous with St. Antony and he buried in a chapel within the large Basilica built to honour him, where his tongue is displayed for veneration in a large reliquary. St. Antony is venerated all over the world as the Patron Saint for lost articles, and is credited with many miracles involving lost people, lost things. Later transfer to hotel. Dinner and overnight stay in Best Western Biri or similar in Padua, Italy.

 

Day 10

VENICE ISLAND TOUR  

 

After breakfast you will transfer to Venice, Italy. Venice is founded in the 5th century and spread over 118 small islands, Venice became a major maritime power in the 10th century. The whole city is an extraordinary architectural masterpiece in which even the smallest building contains works by some of the world's greatest artists such as Giorgione, Titian, Tintoretto, Veronese and other. On arrival in Mestre you board to a private boat which will take you to the heart of the traditional city on the bank of Adriatic Sea. Admire the St. Mark's square with the St. Mark’s Basilica, Doge's Palace, Campanile and Bridge of Sighs and you will get a chance to visit the World famous Murano Glass Factory (subject to the availability) and to see the demonstration of Venetian Glass Making.

Leaning Tower of Pisa

 After lunch you will transfer to Pisa. Here we see the Leaning Tower of Pisa. Pisa is the campanile, or freestanding bell tower, of the cathedral of the Italian city of Pisa, known worldwide for its unintended tilt to one side. It is situated behind the Cathedral and is the third oldest structure in Pisa's Cathedral Square. The Pisa tower's tilt began during construction, caused by an inadequate foundation on ground too soft on one side to properly support the structure's weight. The tilt increased in the decades before the structure was completed, and gradually increased until the structure was stabilized by efforts in the late 20th and early 21st centuries. Later after dinner you will transfer to hotel. Overnight stay in Hotel Meditur or similar in Pisa.   

 

Day 11

ROME CITY TOUR

 

After breakfast you will transfer to Rome. Rome is the capital of Italy. Rome's history spans more than two and a half thousand years. While Roman mythology dates the founding of Rome at only around 753 BC, the site has been inhabited for much longer, making it one of the oldest continuously occupied sites in Europe. After lunch you will have an exhilarating Rome city tour with an English speaking local guide, who will show you many of the best - loved sights like St.Peter’s Basilica, Colosseum, Circus Maximus, Piazza Venezia, Tiber river, Roman Forum, Trevi Fountain, Fort Angelo, the Monument of Victor Emmanuel II, Arch de Constantine, the Arch of Augustus & other important Roman monuments. St. Peter’s Basilica and square designed principally by Donato Bramante, Michelangelo, Carlo Maderno and Gian Lorenzo Bernini. St. Peter's basilica is the most renowned work of Renaissance architecture and one of the largest churches in the world.

Colosseum

Colosseum is also known as the Flavian Amphitheatre is an elliptical amphitheater in the center of the city of Rome, Italy built with concrete and stone in seventh century. The Colosseum could hold 50,000 to 80,000 spectators and was used for gladiatorial contests and public spectacles such as mock sea battles, animal hunts, executions, re-enactments of famous battles, and dramas based on Classical mythology.  Later transfer to hotel. Dinner and overnight stay in Hotel Midas or similar in Rome.

 

Day 12  

ROME – MILAN

 

Papal Audience

After the breakfast we visit Vatican City. Vatican is the smallest country in the world or as one says a country within a country with an area of approximately 44 hectares (110 acres), and a population of 1,000, it is the smallest state in the world by both area and population. Vatican City is an independent state, the temporal seat of the Pope, head of the worldwide Catholic Church; entirely surrounded by the city of Rome, in Italy. We proceed to Vatican Square for Papal Audience, to see the Pope. Papal Audience held on every Wednesdays if the Pope is in Rome, giving the world tourists the chance to "see the Pope" and receive the Papal Blessing (Subject to the availability of Pope).

Memorable Train Journey from Rome to Milan.

After lunch you will transfer to Roma Termini to take train to Milan. A wonderful train journey of the tour from Rome to Milan. On arrival in Milan railway station you will transfer to Malpensa Airport, Milan to fly back to home. After emigration and customs formalities Oman Airways Flight WY 144 Y depart to Muscat at 22.15 hrs.

 

Day 13

MUSCAT – KOCHI

 

Arrive Muscat International airport at 06.30 hrs. Free time for shopping in Mascat International Airport. Later connect Oman airways Flight WY 223 Y to Kochi at 08.50 hrs and arrive Kochi International Airport at 13.50hrs with sweet memories of Fortune Tour’s Europe Tour.

Terms & Conditions

NOTE

  • Price quoted are based on exchange rate of 1 Euro = INR 79.
  • A person below 11 years is considered as child and above 11 years as an adult.
  • Check in time in Hotel is 1400 hours and check out is 1200 hours.
  • Visa fee and flight ticket (onward & return) will be non –refundable at any circumstances.
  • Bio Metric data enrollment is mandatory for U K and Europe visas and the passenger are required to personally appear before VFS Centre for the same.
  • On certain days the changing of guards may not take place at the Buckingham Palace.
  • Once an airline ticket is issued, date change penalty will be applicable.
  • There are coach restrictions in some cities, in such situation the tour manager and the driver will do their best to drop you as near to the monuments as possible.
  • No refund can be entertained for any expenses incurred by the passengers due to circumstances beyond our control such as flight cancellation, delays, accident of any nature, bad weather, natural calamities, medical evacuation, supplier policies, visa rejection and visa delay etc.
  • The company reserves the right to postpone or cancel any of the tours advertised, without assigning any reason. In this case, amount paid by the passengers will be refunded in full and no compensation claim will be entertained.
  • Due to certain unavoidable circumstances, the company reserves the right to change / modify / vary and alter the tour itinerary, if it becomes necessary. In such changes, compensations or claim for refund by the passengers will not be entertained by the company for limitation and also for the non- availability of certain services with entry tickets, restaurants, sightseeing, shopping etc. even though included in tour itinerary.
  • For Single Passenger travelling without family have to share a room either on twin or triple sharing basis (Roll away bed) depending on the booking. If we do not have another single passenger to share the room, Single Supplement with additional cost is applicable.
  • The tariff of the tour quoted is calculated as per the rates prevailing at the time of quoting it. The Company reserves the right to change the tariff in the event of modification / alteration / change / variation in the said rates before the date of departure.
  • Tour tariff is based on departure from Cochin, unless specifically mentioned. Tourists boarding flights at places other than Cochin have to pay the entire airfare difference and bear and pay any other additional expenses including airport transfers, hotel stay etc. on that account.
  • Tour cost is based on minimum 30 passengers travelling together in the group. If there is a drastic fall in the number, then the offered tour cost, meal plan, vehicle and other services may change accordingly and the difference amount has to be borne by the passenger.
  • Company takes care to select hotels and book the same on behalf of tourists at convenient locations subject to availability.  In case of non-availability of rooms in same hotel, company has the right to split the accommodation in different hotels. Hotel accommodation is generally provided on Twin sharing basis in standard rooms and the third bed is often a roll-away mattress put in a twin bedded room. Air-conditioning, central heating and other facilities are provided by the hotels depending upon various factors including weather / climatic conditions, local systems, tour type, etc.
  • As a Travel House / Tour Operator, the company does not have any control over Airlines, Coach Companies, Shipping Companies, Hotels, Local Transport or any other facilities, provided by the third parties. The company is not responsible for the delays or deficiencies in the services provided by outside agencies. Also please note that the company does not have any control on schedules of opening and closing timings of the tourist attractions.
  • In computerized reservation system of Airlines seats once reserved cannot be changed. Tour participants will have to travel by the same seat provided by Airline.

 

  • The guests are requested to collect Air tickets, Visas and other travel documents from the respective offices of Fortune Destination Management, only after making the full payment, from where they have booked their tour. No tickets will be sent by courier.
  • Any damage caused to the hotel rooms or coach during your stay shall be payable by the passengers. Fortune Destination Management India Pvt Ltd will not be held responsibility for the same.
  • There are no refunds for any services, i.e. meals, sightseeing's, flight delay or cancellation of flight etc. not utilized on the tour.
  • The Company shall not accept any liability or responsibility for any damages, loss, injury, accident, death, natural calamity, delay, breakdown or irregularity that may occur in carrying out the tour arrangement. (Management reserves the right to claim any additional expenses due to delay or changes in train, plane, bus, ship or other services, weather conditions, strikes, war, quarantine and any other cause, whatsoever, and all such losses or expenses must be borne by the passengers).
  • Any disputes arising in respect of the tour shall be subject to Kozhikode Jurisdiction.

  • Visa granting is the sole discretion of the concerned Embassy or Consulate. Visa fees and other expenses like advance for hotel booking and ticket charges are not refundable, if the visa is rejected or delayed. In case the candidates are called for Personal interview, the candidates are required to attend the same before the concerned consulate at their own cost.

 

Cancellation Policy

A cancellation charge of 50% of the tour cost will be applicable for the passengers canceling before 15 days of departure and 100 % of the tour cost will be levied as the cancellation charge for the cancellations within 15 days prior to the departure.
